Both our stock and bespoke stone products are designed to make a statement, so below are answers to some common questions you might have about our products at Valley Stone, before making your order. To find out more, our dedicated team are on hand 6 days a week from our base in Stoke-On-Trent, or you can arrange a visit to our site for a consultation, and a chance to see some of our products for yourself. We welcome residential and commercial clients from nearby areas including Newcastle-Under-Lyme, but our products are also available for nationwide delivery.

  • Do you deliver?

     Yes, we deliver our stone products nationwide. Delivery is free within a 2-mile radius of our site in Burslem in Stoke-On-Trent, and delivery beyond that range is quoted on a case by case basis.

  • What is the usual lead time on orders?

     Lead time on orders is typically 10-14 days depending upon the size of the order.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment by cash, cheque or BACS. We also accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including via Apple and Android pay. 

  • Are you able to offer discounts?

    Yes, we are able to offer discount depending on the size and quantity of your order, please get in touch with the Valley Stone team to find out more. 

  • Do you take on custom commissions?

    Usually, yes. Ordinarily, if the item in question can be made from a dry cast mix, we can make it for you.

  • Do you install the stone products?

    Yes, the installation of orders is available on request. We have over 15 years' experience of installations within our team. 

  • Are your stone products frost protected?

    Yes, our stone products are frost protected. 

  • Do Valley Stone products ‘weather up’?

    Yes, our dry mix stone products weather just like natural stone.

  • Do Valley Stone products fade?

    Like all stone products, our stone work will suffer minor cosmetic fading over time. However, the majority of fading occurs during the first year, and subsequently less in proceeding years.

  • Are you able to supply your stone products in different colours?

    Yes, we offer a wide range of colours for all our products. Please contact sales on 01782 836 798 for more information.

  • Do you offer a ‘colour match’ service?

    Yes, we can colour match a product to your requirements. Speak to our sales team to find out more.
