Valley Stone is nestled in the town of Burslem in Stoke-On-Trent, the ‘Mother Town’ of the potteries. Pottery here started in the mid-seventeenth century by a small community of farmer-potters, thanks to the abundance of local clay and coal, but it soon grew to be the centre of North Staffordshire’s pottery industry. We’re proud to be located in an area renowned for its skilled workers and advanced fabrication techniques in the industry, and we welcome visitors to our site to discuss projects and ideas.
